Erg vriendelijk personeel. Relaxte sfeer. Koffie en thee 24-uur per dag beneden zelf te pakken. Kamer was helemaal prima voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Bijbehorende restaurant had uitstekend Italiaans eten. Augsburg hebben we verder niet gezien, maar we waren op doorreis. Perfect hotel hiervoor en ik zou hier terug komen en het anderen aanraden.
