Not great dirty carpet towels are stained and old needs updating furniture has graffiti no peek hole in door light switches broken. Smells bad appliances and dirty inside fridge bathroom shower heads are filthy someone left a used condom in the trashcan they talk loud by your window and you can count on being successfully disturbed before its time to check out. But the time you spend on cleaning sanitizing and disinfecting everything you would think they would be kind enough to not sweat you for your hundred dollar cash deposit since it takes a while to do that because they make you ask 15 times and take 15 minutes for an extra towel to clean up the floors and counters and highly touched surfaces theres no phone no clock no iron or ironing board no hair dryer the pillows are flat and stained as are the walls and ceilings as much as they charge they could at least have safety locks on the doors anda secure lock on the windows a working ventilation system bc theres only one window hope ur not claustrophobic or germaphobic bc this place needs renovation everything is worn and shabby the carpet has never been cleaned neither has the air conditioning unit. The filter never replaced its just dirty dank dingy and disgusting. Dont waste your money here for 230.00 a night you could stay at a much better place with higher quality of service and amenities no hair dryer no microwave. Ive stayed at better cleaner places for way less in same area. This place is a dump not safe for kids

Not clean old stained towel's staff is not friendly or professional not polite not accommodating lazy and rude greedy care nothing about the customer just the money blatantly discourteous loud conversation right by my window. Manager will diliberately interrupt ur stay before its time to check out but takes forever to check you in or get you supplies just classless and unnecessary unpleasant and obvious behavior unhappy vibe and attitude towards people of color. Flat pillows broken fixtures dirty old carpet an overpriced dump stained walls graffiti everywhere unsafe area ventilation broken no locks on windows no peek holes in door no security latch no iron no ironing board no hairdryer no vending machine no microwave no coffee no tea no phone no clock no toothbrush no art on the walls no privacy

Overpriced no microwave not very clean

This is not the place to stay if you have a family or a female alone. The hotel appears to be a prostitution hang out. It's located in a bad area. The room was small and the bed and bathroom are not well kept.

I was asked to repeat non smoker excessive amount of time, the place smelled like weed and cigarettes. Stains on bed, I was asked for how much time I would stay? When I said till 7 am I was asked a 40 dollar deposit. I did not feel welcomed, I booked last minute due to work. Grumpy with trust issues lady. I did not sleep because I was so bothered by the room smell, it was midnight J had to go thru the night. Not a place to rest, does not represent Hotels.com please remove from list or say it upfront so people know in advance what they are getting.

The owner was very nice but the photos are very deceiving. The hotel does not look like the photos online.
