Das Hotel ist sehr interessant, mit viel Liebe zum Details, jedes Zimmer ist anders möbiliert. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten um das Hotel herum, mit Aussicht zum Meer!

Schwierig erreichbar mit dem Taxi.

Great staff. ***** Beautiful, tranquil garden with a view of ships & water. Delicious filtered water. Great location. Lively breakfast.

Hot water to my room took a very very long time. I wish there had been a better reading light by the bed!

"Perfect place to relax and recover, in the heart of Valparaiso."

Breakfast is phenomenal, lovely homemade jams and fresh salads and bread and eggs. The fresh juice in particular is incredible. The staff were SO friendly and supportive - they remembered my name from day 1 - which made me remember just how much smaller details like that matter and make you feel comfortable. The location is amazing, so well positioned - right in Cerro Concepcion - one of the main hills in Valparaiso. It's been a long time since I've felt this way about a hotel - it is luxurious and comfy, with incredible people there to offer some comfort to someone who was travelling solo and just not in the best headspace.

Todo, pero sobre todo, quizás el mejor desayuno que he podido disfrutar en un hotel.
