hard to say really

It was very difficult to get a reply from the property regarding exact bed situation and late check-in info. I waited for a month+ on the bed sitation. The later was really worrying for us cos it's our first night in Aus after a redeye flight from Asia. The property either ignored my email or send an auto-msg without a proper link. Quite ridiculous really cos all we needed was a lockbox combination so that we can get our key.

Didn’t like some of the permanent sites they were very untidy . Wasn’t expecting this park to have permanent sites but our cabin was fantastic

1. The lady at the front desk was lovely. 2. We got a full refund.

The big window in the bedroom didn't lock and the fly screen was ripped. The light above the bed head was broken and had broken sharp glass hanging on by 1 stud directly above my head. The shower head flew off and nearly hit me in the face. The blind was black with filth and freyed in spots the safety clip for the cord was also broken when we went to get dinner we came back to find police on phones looking for someone checking vehicles coming in and out. It definitely didn't look anything like the pictures. For the price it is I'd definitely be expecting better accommodation and better safety/security measures.

It was good

Proximity to husky ferry was good.

Was expensive for what it was and the location. Very low maintained holiday park in terms of other cabins etc. shabby vibe.
