Great location friendly staff

no sign to say press the button to turn on the water for the waterslide and the jumping pillow was out of order, older three bedroom cabins our screen saw was hanging on my one rusted hinge and the beach access gate was broken which was serious hazard staying there with toddlers the gate led to steep stairs and a big drop off to the sand, my father approached to request a role or something to secure the gate and was not assisted

Great place to get away and feel relaxed.

The pool was lovely and kids loved the slide.

Jumping pillows were out of order and had been for some time based on other reviews. The basketball court had no ring and needed a good clean. The bmx track needed some grading. Really the pool was the only usable facility for kids and I feel like customers should be notified if advertised facilities are out of order. The cabin was not very clean including dirty dishes in cupboard. One staff member was lovely, however the other 2 I had dealings with almost seemed inconvenienced by having to assist with check/in, check/out. It’s such a shame as this park used to be wonderful, but it’s really gone downhill and no longer worth the visit for me.

Pool was nice it’s nice on the beachfront

Our room was ok, couches weren’t very clean and shower looked to have had mould. Bathroom is tiny. Couldn’t just have the have shut up let the breeze in as the screen was ripped. Jumping pillow was down which was the only thing my toddler could really do himself so that was disappointing. Don’t think it’s worth the price you pay especially with the fuel prices you pay to travel at the moment

Didn’t get to stay so unsure

I arrived and had my son in the car and ran in to check in - (left car on as was hot so wanted aircon on) - there were 2 ladies working and neither acknowledged me whatsoever for check in. I waited almost 10 minutes before finally trying to say something and was greeted with a hand up to wait. At that point I ran outside to check on my son then came back in to them both still on the phone and still no check in. I waited an additional 10 min or so and then called and cancelled booking. I am disgusted by their service and will never try and stay there again.

Mostly rained,we couldn’t get out and about.

Not clean

Had everything we needed for a night. Beautiful spot near the beach which was a lovely way to spend the evening.

It’s a bit tucked out the way so the closest shop is 30 mins away, come prepared! They offer a small selection of cupboard food.
