Good location and amenities

Pool was supposedly heated but it was still cold when you dip in. Staff said they will raise this issue so hopefully better now.

"Dissatisfied with lack of communication from the Holiday Park prior to our stay in relation to the planned power outage"

Great distance from the places we had planned to visit.

- We booked accommodation to attend a wedding nearby. On the day of the wedding, there was a planned power outage which we were not advised of prior to our stay. We were unable to shower, use electricity or use our cabin to prepare to attend this wedding for the entire day. If we were advised prior, we would have booked elsewhere. Very dissatisfied due to paying a large amount for a facility which was unusable. - Mould was present on the shower ceiling as well as throughout the shower silicone. - Thick cobwebs/spider funnel were present on the window sill and tracks in the main bedroom above the bed head.
