Su ubicación y Oriana. Empleada servicial y agradable.

Hotel que no se corresponde con cinco estrellas. Paredes con moho y habitación sin ventilación alguna. Estuve alojado tres dias y me tuvieron sin wifi los tres. La dirección no lo reparó hasta una hora antes del check out. Me pareció patetico que, pague un servicio y no lo presten.

The location is great and safe in the heart of Cartagena old city center. The cleanliness was great. The mattress is comfortable. However, the customer service during check in, check out and the entire stay was a disaster. You feel like you did not pay for your room and you are not welcome. The shower is cold and the water pressure is very low. The room does not have a window you can open and close. I won’t return back to this hotel and I won’t not recommend to visitors who care about a good customer service. Forgot something, keep in mind they will knock at your door at 11AM to push you to check out. Even with this poor customer service, they could not spoil my travel experience. Cartagena is wonderful and worth visiting.

Me encantó este hotel, las habitaciones son muy lindas y cómodas, el personal siempre muy cálido, fue una buena decisión hospedarnos aquí, es muy seguro caminar en la ciudad amurallada a cualquier hora, cercanía con plazuelitas, restaurantes, playa y muchas cosas. Tanto como el hospedaje y la ubicación son excelentes, súper recomendado!
