het personeel was geweldig. opgewekt, behulpzaam, spontaan en echt bereid een stapje extra te doen. ik weet zijn naam niet, maar de iets oudere man met bril ontroerde me al op dag 1 door hoe vriendelijk hij was

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. One detail that stood out to me was how the hotel reception went out of their way to make sure we were safe with the excursions we were going on. They shared tips on what to look out for at El Yunque, one even did research to check if a lounge was open for us. It's those small details that matter and made us feel welcomed and secure. They were very attentive to us, even when the beach ran out of towels immediately they sent over more. I appreciated the 24/7 access to the hotel. Only downfall, I felt the rooms were small including the parking for vehicles. The hotel is exceptional. We left very happy!
