Our stay at this hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Specifically Dayu, Devi, Rani and a beautiful lady with black hair and black outfit. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location was ideal, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Excellent service and quality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

friendliest staff, beautiful clean facilities & mine included 20 mins massage + bfast. which was amazing! great location - by the main street & not in an alley thus easy to find and was accessible by cars too.

one of the days, the road to the hotel is closed for local prayers & would not be accessible. massive traffic & may cause u to walk down almost 1KM to the hotel. breakfast was super late despite the confirmed timing for delivery to room - then changed to take away. and was a concern as i was rushing for the airport. had to call for housekeeping 3 times in a span of 3 hours and then attended to. the walkway to the villa is sandy - beautiful - but it means this will leave you with sandy shoes & slippers into your villa :-(
