Everything was top notch . Excellent stay. Cleanliness and the view was amazing. The bed was so soft and comforting. I am truly happy and satisfied with how we were welcomed and served throughout our stay. The villa receptionist was so helpful and friendly . We feel safe here

it is a bit faraway from cafes and restaurants but other than that, the property is perfect

An absolute gem of a hotel! My partner and I came here for four nights in April and we had such a great few days. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind and the service was excellent. We even got a free upgrade and enjoyed staying in one of the cottages with a pool. The breakfasts are included and are delicious, with a pretty extensive menu. We made full use of the spa and had a brilliant massage each, and I also had a facial. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk into Ubud centre but we would recommend taking a taxi. It was so peaceful and provided a lovely reprieve from the business of Ubud centre. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

An amazing place, could not recommend it highly enough. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the villa with the pool was awesome and well taken care of. Short scooter ride from central Ubud, you don't know what you're missing out on.

Exceptional service. Exceptional room. Exceptional decor. Exceptional food. Paradise in Ubud. The one bedroom smart villa is breathtaking! I have fallen in love with this place and wish I could stay forever. Don't hesitate if thinking about booking a stay at Amarea. The staff are seriously the friendliest people on Earth.

Location is not great. In the middle of a very drab looking neighbourhood with nothing nearby. We stayed in a pool villa for 3 nights which was great, really enjoyed that. They have a free shuttle to town once a day which is good. Food was great overall and good value. Massages at the hotel were mediocre, especially considering the high prices. Seemed almost mechanical. Found a remedial masseur just outside the hotel on left hand side on the way to the main road. He was fantastic and knew his stuff. Pity we only found him on our last day. Highly recommend. Right next door to the laundry.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly had the perfect experience. The staff, the food, the resort itself is flawless. A perfect perfect experience thank you so much for everything. We cannot wait to be back! Thank you to all the incredible staff who made this a perfect trip!

I stayed for one night in this resort. I had a very pleasant stay. the places was incredible and so green every where. the room lookes cozy with balinesse painted in the wall. The pool are superb. I will recommend this resort to my friend and family

We travelled to Ubud with our 14 year old son and spent a week at beautiful Amarea. We had some trepidation about coming back to Bali as the last time we were here was about 13 years ago and we did not enjoy our stay in Kuta. Amerea was everything we wanted and more! The staff were so lovely and kind, always eager to help and very prompt and courteous with their service. The food was so so good. Breakfast particularly was a highlight we looked forward to every day. Did not get sick or anything close for the whole week either which shows the quality of food preparation. The Spa was gorgeous and I had the best, most relaxing massages there. Even better - they were included in our stay! We stayed at the Villa which was the perfect rainforest retreat. Our son had his own entire level and the private pool was a real treat. We were also celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and my husband booked the private candlelit dinner - simply stunning and very delicious. The staff put such care into decorating the space for us and made it truly something special. We went out and about and enjoyed Ubud most days, even walked home one night. We found it very convenient to grab a GoJek and get where we wanted to go. It was always a pleasure to come back to a the peace of Amarea after a busy day out! Just couldn’t fault anything about our stay, we were actually so sad to leave! Will be back for sure, thank you Amarea for your wonderful hospitality 🙏
