Small rooms , no room service rude staff behaviour

Rooms are very stengy very bad smell came from the room as soon as we opened the rooms. This place is not suitable for a family to stay. By the side of the window in one room it was very dirty. One of the uncleaned hotel I have visited. We couldnt cancelled the booking however all of us checked out due to the above facts.

The hotel experience was undermined by unwelcoming staff and a noticeable lack of professionalism. Customer service fell short of what one would reasonably expect.

stayed at this hotel last night and had a very bad experience. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, and overall the room did not look like it had been properly prepared for guests. This was very disappointing and not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
