Not much we could say for single person it's ok.. Not for family.

Breakfast was not good. Puri sabzi and appam was only menu of which puri was more like papad. No eggs, no fruits, also only had tea and no option of coffee or black tea. It's basic to have coffee n black tea as some would prefer it over tea. Chair was broken one and you can't sit on it as its leg were almost to fall off. Room didn't have window nor ventilation at all, which is basic necessity for any room.
