Clean property, comfortable bedding, super cold AC and room just like the pictures. Hot water for showers, snacks, and coffee in the main lounge. Nice pool area and dock. Downsides are that the wifi is very spotty and it takes a long time to connect to watch Netflix etc on the TV. The internet kept saying no signal or poor signal. The neighbors were noisy and smoking weed.

Restaurant was closed and they don’t have housekeeping for new towels. But everything was clean pretty and super friendly to used. Definitely come back♥️♥️

The Numero Uno hotel was a delightful place to stay. We enjoyed our room with a garden view and the close proximity to the restaurants down the road. It was definitely a safe place to stay with a locked gate and his situated in the more artsy place in Louisa. Staff was very accommodating!

I initially booked this property because of the reviews of cleanliness. When I arrived it was pretty clean and appealing to the eye. That was very short lived. The first day of my stay I was out from very early morning and didn’t return til late at night. I was shocked to what I returned to. There was a foul sewage smell in my room and I noticed my top lock wasn’t locked how I left it. To my surprise there was a huge fresh POOP floating in my toilet. I was absolutely disgusted. When I called the property to inform them and talk to management 3 different times during my stay the women who answered the phone just laughed about it and said there was nothing they can do but they will have the property manager call me. It’s been 5 days now and I have not even received a call never mind an apology. Extremely unfortunate because the property was really nice and quiet like I wanted. Overall extremely disappointed and reluctant to leave my belongings in the room after that point. Hope this helps anyone who books after me.

It was 3 of us we really enjoyed the property the rooms were everything to us pool area and dock was excellent definitely will be back for sure highly recommend a stay here
