Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute

An all round high-quality service and experience is what one expects from a brand like Marriott, which was met. The inclusive breakfast was worth it because of the spread and options offered. What elevated the experience was the service staff at the breakfast, their attention, affable and proactive approach needs special mention.

The service can be better. We had to remind for floor towel multiple times.

The Hotel is understaffed. Food quality needs to be raised

The property to well maintained and the staff was very welcoming and pleasant - the breakfast had a very large variety of foods

He only issue was that the breakfast s mostly catered to local residents and not much of a choice for international tourists

Amazing service by the staff. Super experience since checkin till checkout. Very courteous staff at the restaurant. Managers kept constant check on our comfort etc. too good and experience. Excellent food quality

Overall food spread was not so elaborate. Breakfast menu for all 4 days was quite minimalistic and almost a repeat.

The best part was the staff, right from Reception to Restaurant they all were smiling and very cooperative

The quality of service has gone down a bit - probably because of new year

One outstanding staff member mainly worked at the pool. He was cheerful, kind to children, helped guests swim, and even tracked down waiters since no poolside service was available. I truly hope he finds a role where his efforts are properly valued.

I was relieved to leave. Twelve nights felt far too long in a hotel with rude staff from the moment I walked in, poor food hygiene, uncomfortable seating outside and unclean facilities.
