The breakfast had a decent spread.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. We arrived around 11 p.m. after a long flight and ended up waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. The staff appeared utterly confused and there seemed to be a clear lack of coordination. Eventually, we were placed in a hastily prepared temporary room and assured that our proper room and luggage would be sorted by 11 a.m. the next day. Trusting this, we went out and returned around 2 p.m. to quickly shower and change before our 4 p.m. tour, only to be made to wait yet another 30 minutes in the lobby, and then informed that the room was still not available. In the end, it felt like we spent more time waiting in the lobby than actually being in our room. We were clearly not the only ones affected, and " general chaos" seemed like the theme of the hotel.
