Review: I would like to commend the management for their efforts in significantly improving the level of cleanliness and hygiene. This has clearly had a positive impact and contributes to a more pleasant environment for guests. However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to service quality. Reception staff should be focused on guests and their needs rather than spending time on their phones or browsing social media during working hours. When a guest requests a service, it should be delivered as promised. It also creates a very poor impression when a receptionist is sitting outside smoking while guests are left waiting at the reception desk. Such behavior is unprofessional and does not meet the standards of hospitality expected by guests. With the noticeable improvements in cleanliness, the same attention should now be directed toward service quality and guest care in order to provide the level of experience that guests rightfully expect.

Quality of service at the reception desk

Muhteşem bir doğanın içinde. Nehir tarafına bakan odada kaldık sabah gözünü açıyorsun camının önünden kuğular ördekler geçiyor. Otelin kapısından çıkıyorsun yemyeşil bir park. Çocukların koşup oynaması, temiz hava alması için şahane bir yer.Taksiyle merkeze 10 dk sürüyor. Yürüyerek gezmek de ayrıca çok keyifli. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve çok yardımcı oluyor. Çok huzurlu bir yer. Tekrar gelmek için can atıyoruz.
