LE Guesthouse is a very special place. This was my second time staying there and my experience was as positive as the first. The warm welcome from Diogo and his team, a beautiful room with shiny new up to date bathroom, fabulous breakfast, super helpful staff. The terrace, a small gathering place is perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sight seeing or work, and the honesty bar is much appreciated. The guesthouse is in a historic building, and a two or three minute walk from popular Baixa Chiado and an easy walk to the main sites of central Lisbon. Lots of restaurants and cafes within easy reach. Highly recommend!

For me it was perfect. People with mobility issues might find it a bit difficult as it’s located on the first (North Americans would say second) floor of a very old historic building and there is no elevator.

Location was fine, close enough to walk to restaurants and bars etc, there was access to the Metro station a block or two away, Being in the middle of a very popular area, the streets could be noisy in the early hours, But it didn’t really affect my stay.

Unfortunately I don’t have the use of my left hand and arm, so in order to maintain stability I use my right hand and arm. The building is an heritage building and is very Beautiful, I understand that it isn’t necessarily Conducive to easy access for people who are Partially disabled. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t a Hand rail on the stairs going up to the guest house Main level. I managed so really didn’t have to worry Because I am careful of dangers to myself, I Consider the what ifs?! I went to use the shower, unfortunately, The shower floor was slippery when wet. I mentioned this in conversation to one of the Morning staff, and by the time I went to use the bathroom the next time, the staff had organised and placed non slip mats in the floor of the Shower.

Great location right in the middle of everything. The hotel is new and very well maintained with lots of amenities such as free luggage storage, generous breakfast and snacks and lovely outdoor seating area. They are very detailed oriented.

This place is special. The staff are incredible. Diogo, David and Cristina made us feel like friends. They were incredibly attentive, offering drinks and snacks on arrival. We looked forward to breakfast each morning for the delicious meal, and the warm conversation with staff and other guests. Check in was easy and the suggestions staff made for our stay in Lisbon were much appreciated. The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. Thank you for making our time in Lisbon so memorable....this place goes the extra mile and we highly recommend!

Es war extrem familiär. Man sitzt für das Frühstück zusammen am grossen Holztisch in der Küche und plaudert mit den anderen Gästen und dem lieben Personal, dass währenddessen auf dem Herd leckere Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zaubert. Gerade für mich als Alleinreisende war es toll zu wissen, dass ich die Nummer auf der erhaltenen Visitenkarte jederzeit hätte anrufen können, wenn es unterwegs irgendwelche Probleme gegeben hätte. Toller Service!

In der Nacht ist es etwas lärmig; aber mit den bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel war es kein Problem und ich habe richtig gut geschlafen.
