Not on the property but the guest in the floor were too loud on the lobby area. Kids screaming around, families not being considerate, bit of a circus especially at night around 12:30am

I stayed here with my parents and uncle. The service provided by the housekeeping staff Manoj, Sachin, Sumeet, Amit and Yogesh was exceptional. Their all day restaurant on the 7th floor is great too. It has a great spread and done very tastefully. The service provided by Urwin and Arnab at the restaurant was wonderful. They took very good care of all our needs and food preferences

I had a wonderful dinner today at radisson park inn Surat.. the food was awesome..tasty and the staff was excellent..we had a buffet dinner and the spread was so lovely and the menu was too good.. tasty food lovely staff who catered to our needs though they were closing .. they served us so patiently and made us feel at home.. thank you samir, arnab, ganpati Janki and everybody who were there . You all made us feel very special..I would recommend everyone to visit RBG restaurant at radisson Surat..
