L'emplacement, la qualité du service et de l'accueil, la proactivité. L'équipement, l'agencement.

La lunette des toilettes flottante, elle aurait dû être réparée... et les sols, malgré une propreté par ailleurs irréprochable, laissaient les pieds nus et chaussettes pas tout à fait propres.

Nao ha TV no quarto, e tb nao ha canais de TV paga ou aberto disponivel na TV... apenas streaming se quiser.

The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed — especially the kitchen and comfortable space to relax. I truly appreciated that. Smart TV The only challenge was upon arrival. I got there very early around 5 AM after a long trip, and there was no one available to assist or even guide me to a waiting area. I completely understand check-in starts at 3 PM, but in that moment I felt a bit lost and helpless after traveling alone. When I returned at 3 PM for check-in, it still took a few extra minutes before I could go in. Not a big issue, but something that could be smoother for future guests. Also, the shower water temperature sometimes wasn’t as hot. Overall, once settled, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. 🌸 Very happy Antara mall was across the street! And also plenty of food options around. The street corn around the corner is must. Wifi was great! Filtered water to drink, fridge, electric stove, microwave. All good.
