Nothing , reachability to room to toilet all were very dirty and not maintained at all…very bad experience Only the staff were cooperative and humble

Nobody really spoke english, we ordered a dish, we got another and so on, but everyone was polite. The pool is dirty and un-usable, building needs a lot more maintenance

Thank you for being very supportive and obliging. Having been seriously let down by Kurja Resort (they gave our rooms away with less than 24 hours notice), thank you zone palace for coming to our rescue. The rooms were basic but also functional. The staff were excellent and the evening meal and breakfast were superb

Heritage property very old and characterful.

Shower was either boiling hot or cold.

The breakfast was not up to the mark. They served very limited items and could have easily added more
