Didn't get into the apartment

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional business. We had a confirmed and fully paid reservation via Booking.com. On the day of arrival, the property canceled our stay, claiming a "system error." We arrived at the location at 21:00, but the property was completely closed and abandoned. The host refused to answer any phone calls or messages and failed to provide any alternative accommodation. Because of their last-minute cancellation and total lack of support, we had to spend the night sleeping in our car. As of today, our money has still NOT been refunded. Absolutely untrustworthy management.

I could not turn off the central a/c which was a little noisy. Also, it would be great to have smaller pillows!
