Electronic procedure for checking in was shambolic. Contadictory and misleading e-mails.

This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early .

Very central and good value.

If there was an inner door it would help with heating and any noise.

The house was in an excellent location and was clean and well-appointed.

There was no parking outside the property during the day, which made it difficult with two small children.

Still waiting to hear why we could get no contact with host during our stay to sort out faulty washing machine problem and other issues!

Location and cleanliness and contemporary and roomy

The back yard needs attention to be able to sit out in a nice. Environment, seats, hanging baskets, planters etc

Location, layout, well-equipped

Limited parking! - had impression from property details it wasn’t. Lack of manuals eg microwave, cooker, dishwasher. If paper copies not available perhaps an internet link on the appliances would be helpful
