Great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Fireplace was definitely a huge plus on a cold winter night. Breakfast restaurant across the street.

Our stay here was wonderful! Had our own cottage. Very spacious, clean, 2 double beds, microwave, fridge, coffee fixings, hair dryer, table and chairs. We even stayed an additional day with the owner’s help extending our reservation. The cottages were gated and parking just outside. Very safe area. Coffee shop with great breakfast and Blue Mountain bar and grill just across the street. Convenient to McDonald observatory, Davis Mountain state park, Indian Lodge, Balmorrea springs, and Chihuahuan Desert Nature center. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location to boutiques and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean and cozy! I LOVED that the a/c was a traditional unit and thermostat and not a noisy wall unit! It had a nice soft bed which is exactly what I like and hard to find in rentals. I enjoyed bringing my dog without ridiculous fees! Everything was really nice and I would stay there again!

I absolutely love this place! Check in was super easy and the instructions were great. The cottage was super cute and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. Perfectly located around shops and places to eat. It was quiet and peacful at night. It was the perfect size for my 2 kids and I. I highly recommend this property!

The room was very nice. Great bed and bedsheets. Could’ve used a trolley of some type to get belongings to room. Our room needs more comfortable chairs.

Although we saw photos of the room, we were very impressed with the overall aura the room conveyed! Yes, true, small town but it was a great location as we enjoyed simply walking across the street to eat both breakfast/dinner! Definitely will stay here again and recommend this lovely property!!

We stayed for a week long vacation with the whole family and we loved the place. It's a cute cottage with excellent decorations and everything one would want. Walking distance to food, shopping and 2 miles drive to state park with mountain hiking. We will stay here again and again. Best vacation ever!
