Great location, walking into town and next to an excellent pub.

Parking by the property. Furnished similar to staying in a friends home and not like the usual rental house. Therefore a little quirky. Good location for the town and waterfront walks.

The bathroom is on the ground floor and stairs steep if the visitor was not very mobile. ( Did not apply in my case )

Lovely homely cottage. Very clean. Everything there you need. Location fab, lovely walk into Woodbridge. Good garden centre opposite and great pub next door.

Road noise. Unfortunately it is listed building so no double glazing. Thick curtains may help across the front door. Owners said they will try this.

lovely location. Half a dozen pubs with good pub grub. Royal Bengal exceptional food.

Wish I'd read the write-up, downstairs loo! Had to open kitchen door to make sure next doors rottweiler wasn't in garden before letting mine out. Parking was a bit of a faff, had to stick hazards on to stop traffic in order to reverse in.

A lovely cosy little cottage located perfectly for our 5 night break in Woodbridge. The off road parking was a real bonus and the pub next door served great food . The cottage was very clean and tidy on our arrival and we loved how it was decorated and it had so many books!!!! The cottage was very well equipped and the welcome pack was a great surprise. All the rooms were fantastic and lacked for nothing. The owner has been fantastic and the information/user guide in the cottage cannot be faulted.

It is an old cottage so as totally expected some doorways require those over 6 foot to duck a bit. You soon learn as I did. Also as pointed out before booking the stairs are quite steep and there was some road noise in the morning but neither would stop us booking again !!!

location was great and the character of the building lovely. we know Woodbridge very well and have family there so cottage was ideal for us and our dog to stay whilst we visited. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need , maybe even too much!

Far too many furnishings so not very easy to relax! Back garden not directly accessed from cottage so couldn’t let dog out without going along 🤓 but overall nothing that we really didn’t like
