M Square Hotel

We reached late at around 2am. I regretted the moment I stepped in to the room and paying the whole amount of about 27,000+ for a 5-night stay. The room was not prepared or cleaned, The room and bathroom were reeking of pungent cigarette smoke, So were the pillows and bed. The towels, bed sheets and duvet had stains. The floor towels appeared cleaner than the bath towels. There was mold on the bathroom wall. Even one of the toilet roll had mold on it. If you took a shower, the whole bathroom will be full of water. It looked like it was ages that the soap dish was cleaned. Worst of all, I saw one of the cleaning staff use the face towel to clean the mirror, the bathroom sink and the toilet bowl. It was disgusting that I almost puked. I had my doubts and never touched the face towel. I used only tissues and my suspicion turned out right. If you care about hygiene and your health, then NEVER stay in this hotel. Only Deepak from the reception, seemed professional. The rest were not at all friendly and least bothered. Nobody had the courtesy to greet the customers. They were all too keen to either get a tip or were more interested in watching something on their mobile phones, as guests walked by. Most of the hotels close by were either exorbitantly overpriced or were not available (due to Christmas and New Year). I ended up booking in this hotel after watching some review of youtube and expected it to be good, being in high-tech city. Boy! was I in for a big shock and disappointment. The pictures on the net are so deceiving. Even the tea I ordered, was overpriced (Rs,55). The tea served at a small stall near the main road, was a million times better and costed less than half what the hotel charged. I felt sorry for the guests who I hosted. They came to Hyderabad for the first time and this was the kind of service they got. I stayed in so many hotels all over the world and in India and this hotel certainly takes the biscuit for the 'worst hotel I ever stayed'.

The staff is useless including the receptionist.

They don't have hospitality for their guests

The breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel was disgusting, from the stained towels, to the dirty shower. The staff were also very bad. They only got our room cleaned at 8pm and they kept making excuses for why it was not done.

Nothing

Every thing. No good breakfast. No good beddings. No accessories

Food was very good.. But the washing area and kitchen area was not very clean

Fix the taps.. Plumping issues..
