USI am very disappointed with Booking.com I made reservations with booking.com for a 2 night stay in one of the small cabins. I have confirmation for the reservation. When we arrived the facility was overbooked.
We were offered an RV to stay in 1 night, but they could not accommodate us the 2nd night. The owner of Masoods lodge had to make arrangements for us to stay in a hotel 2 miles away. The hotel, Brookdale lodge was very crowded, very noisy with a band playing until 10:00pm in the parking lot. My reason for booking this trip is because I recently got out of the hospital for stress related health issues. I needed somewhere tranquil to go and unwind, which is why I chose a cabin at Masoods lodge. I did not get that, however I was charged for that. I feel that booking.com should refund my money, since I did not get to stay there, and did not get have a relaxing experience. I left feeling very disappointed and stressed.
USUSThis place is really outdated. Decor is from the 60's. No hairdryer. Not clean, either, mildew on shower curtain, towels smelled of it too. Mold in shower.
USSpacious, privacy, private parking spot, economical. Also very nice and pretty area.
The bathroom is a bit small.
