Tenuta Montemagno

The location and the view are beautiful. The staff are really kind and helpful and are absolutely trying their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also enjoyed a lovely massage and cocktails on the terrace.

We were disappointed when eating at the restaurant. We were really excited for our meal, having checked out the website and the photos, but the meal was far from what we had hoped, especially for the price. The flavours were just not there. I also told the staff I do not eat veal, which was in the main course, but the only other thing the chef could offer me was egg. My main dish, unfortunately, was just a small egg on top of a little potato mash. I asked for a vegetarian option instead, but there wasn’t any. It is a shame they do not handle allergens well, especially since we were asked upon arrival if we had any allergens.

Basically everything. Beautiful space, property was well taken care of.

The accommodation at Tenuta Montemagno Relais & Wine was fabulous—elegantly designed and set in a stunning location. The facilities throughout the venue were excellent, and the personal touches like fresh fruit in your room and luxurious face cream added a lovely sense of care and detail. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure you had an incredible experience.

The room lighting could be improved, and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected for this level of accommodation. It also felt a little expensive compared to similar high-end stays in the region. All of this however didn’t take away from the incredible experience we enjoyed.
