Clean spacious rooms, prompt service and decent food. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Very courteous and helpful staff, the ambience, food, great breakfast..

Rooms were a bit rustic with wall paper in not the best condition at a few locations. Breakfast could start a bit earlier.

Firstly when we arrived at our room no.53, the bathroom door when closed will not open and required additional force from outside to be opened. Then we complained about this issue and the person changed our room to a more spacious room however the door getting stuck problem persisted in that room as well. We were extremely tired so we didn't argue and adjusted. The next issue was calling the restaurant for dinner. The first time I called no one picked up the phone l, then I called the reception and placed my order, then after 10 minutes I called the reception again asking them if they had placed my order and out of surprise the person speaking with me had very little confidence and asked for my order again. I then called the restaurant asking if they received my order and they told me they didn't receive any order. This kind of service is not expected when I am paying more than 6k for a single night. Pathetic experience just ordering a simple dinner.
