HouSmart Vicolo Bolognetti

The apartment was spacious, perfectly clean, with simple but tasteful decoration. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom had a very convenient arrangement. We also liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet in August yet just a ten minute walk away from piazza Maggiore.

It’s in amazing location and great space.

It’s opposite a school so it can be noisy in the morning.

In general, cold apartment with no possibility to worm it up. Some equipment is not working, so, e.g., this is impossible to make a tea. Some others as well not working. One day, there was no current, so nothing worked in a kitchen, including fridge. Very hard contact, some promises help will be provider but finally no support. Two days after we left owner provided unclear information regarding damage on our side and possible additional payment. We did not use the "damaged" bed and actually this was impossible to damage it. After our reply no further contact for a month. Be careful in such situation. We consider this as a request for additional payment, which is not fair.

Location is great, the apartment was clean and spacious, quiet place, good sleeping. Afterall we had pleasant stay.

It could be warmer, the heating was set to 20 degrees, not too comfortable. No sugar in the kitchen, no dishwashing liquid, not enouph toilet paper, not enouph shampoo (we were 4 people staying for 4 nights). The final cost for the apartment went up significantly from the stated price on the site as "Additional charges", quite dissapointing..

Very clean. Spacious. New. Great location.
