Terrible front desk service - careless completely

First of all they never acknowledged my online reservation and needed to pay cash on the spot - front desk guy completely careless

I booked on priceline, took my money as it was "non refundable", got to motel, then the Indian owner slapped me with a $40 cash only deposit. tried to explain I paid with debit card, they already took my money, and I have no more money except on my credit card, he refused to take a credit or debit card for the $40 deposit and he refused to waive it. I double checked and on their website and on priceline there is NOTHING that states there is a required cash only deposit. There was only two other cars there when checking in at 7pm on a Friday.. Extremely Shady, Very Unprofessional, barely speaks any english.. In all of my years I have NEVER had an issue like this. I had to sleep in my car that night because they took my money, and I had to wait almost a week for the refund. I hope this disgusting greedy trashy place goes out of business. Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

No hand towels no wash cloths manage told after I booked an extre 6 days that I had to check out or pay an extra 20.00 when questioned he was un able to answer I conducted business meetings he had an empty parking lot some clients parked a skew he came out and made them move the cars he was as annoying as a fly if I did not have such a tight budget I would have checked out taken him to small claims court and got my money back you bring revenue in to a city through hospitality not being a jerk

Consider the location right at the busy street, I had a quiet nights. The room was clean as well as the bathroom.
