UAWe stayed in the 3rd floor loft with a beautiful view of Pico volcano. It came with usual toiletries. Very nice accommodation with kitchen and small balcony.

Some noise from the cobbled road with the windows open but good double glazing and air con.

PTUSWe appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.
The seat of one of the chairs in our room was a little loose and wobbly. If you have mobility issues the lack of an elevator would be a problem.
