The walls were dirty and the ceiling fan was covered in dust

The wifi wasn’t functioning and had an incident with where other “guests” saw us walking out of our room and was trying to break in.

We did not have to look for parking.

distance to the beach is extremely misleading the distance quoted in booking.com is if you could walk through the streets,buildings and high rise resorts, a campsite and go down a hill it is not accurate. you will have to drive and get public parking where you will be inundated with workers trying to get you to pay for free parking. You do have the option of walking however you would have to walk on non-sidewalk streets past the pharmacy past the cannabis store that plays music until 11 PM. Turn and walk about another 3/4 of almost a mile your total destination to actually get to where you can be in the beach is like a mile a mile and a half thus the need to drive and find parking to go to the beach. There is no coffee maker in the room. The beds are uncomfortable. There is no icemaker in the entire hotel. No refunds are possible through the hotel or booking.com once it has been set up and even if you previewed the room prior to that you would be out any type of money that you have paid to stay.
