The restaurant service was good and the room was clean and everything but I checked in there is no towels for the face and no towels were in the bathroom for your body and i had to ask 4 times so they can get it and i had a flight today back to my country and they were practicing for the fir alarm thing and i had to go up 11 floors on the stairs and i asked for someone to help me carry bags no one did until i found some housekeeper and thanks to him he help me but when i asked reception they told me we can send someone with you didn’t like the way he was talking so im sorry i will never stay in this hotel again and for sure anyone i know will let him know that if he’s going to Sri Lanka not to book there cause no one wanted to help but Sri Lanka is really nice and had a good time and all the service team at the roof top where trained good very sad that they work in a hotel like this because they deserve better then this and didn’t expect that no one helped me carry my suitcase down 11 floors down. Appreciate it but will never give this hotel a 2 star

"the most wonderful views"

the hotel is amazing, the infinity pool on the top floor is astonishing view. The gym is great as well with an amazing view too. I had a massage and it was lovely. My room was absolutely pleasing, with a bathtub overlooking the city and there is a smart toilet everywhere!

i didnt like that the prices all had additional charges, i understand the 10% service fee but i didnt expect the vat to be added seperately. I never had that issue anywhere else in Sri Lanka.
