Wonderful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, but room was very quiet and you wouldn't have known the trams/buses were outside. Great choice of amenities. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Massive lobby, but a little vacuous, not sure why the lobby is so huge. The room was spacious and a large comfortable bathroom however the room was extremely bland in design. Great location and good value for money but overall the place was very bland and could be so much more. I don't think the hotel was particularly busy but even so there was a wait list for breakfast

部屋は綺麗でバス・トイレ別、コインランドリーで洗濯もできて出張にはピッタリなホテルでした。飲食店はたくさんあるので食事にも困りません。 観光客の色んなリクエストを対応されてる様子を見ながらカウンターの順番待ちをしましたが、チェックインとリクエスト対応が分かれていたらなー、とは思いました。 観光でしたらホテルで聞いてみよ！となりますよね。

天文館中心部にある電車道に面した新しい複合施設のホテルで便利で大変きれいで良かったです。 氷を確保する容器が紙コップです。 朝食会場がステーキ鉄板焼きカウンターで少し食べにくかったです。 パンの種類は少なかったのでもう少し種類が欲しいところです。 指定駐車場がやや遠かったです。 全体的にはいいホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

立地は最高。外観、風景もいい。朝食も狭いが味は、まぁまぁ良かった。唯一、新しいのに部屋の音漏れがあって安眠できなかった。朝早くから、廊下から人声、夜中は上からと思われる音漏れ。

酒店位置交通便利，樓下就有電車站及高速巴士站，附近也有商店街 前台員工英文流利，房間整潔，浴室空間大，也有浴缸可浸浴，大堂有浴鹽免費提供，頂層有觀景台可看到櫻島 整體住宿體驗良好，值得推薦。
