Sterling Shores Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

The unit was beautiful, some wear and tear from previous guests but at no fault of the owners!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming. The best part was hands down the staff, they were SO helpful and quick to respond with any issue we had!! We will absolutely be back every year!

There was LOUD construction going on that made being inside the unit during business hours almost unbearable, we weren’t made aware of it until 4 days before arrival. We still made the best of it though! Also, if you want to book chairs and an umbrella on the beach I suggest doing it prior to your arrival, they said they were booked up for the week because people call ahead to book them!

The condo itself and the location was beautiful! The beach is gorgeous. But not enough restaurants and bars near by. Destin is cold! Next time we have to go farther south because we went for time out from cold michigan winter/spring and Destin is best in summer. Otherwise, we would have re- booked for next year, and for a longer time.

We loved every moment on this property. The condo was perfect for us. The sunsets and beach was beautiful.

The only things that made the stay a 9/10 instead of a 10/10 were none of our gate codes given at check-in worked. We had to get different codes for the front gate and beach access and the condos hot water system must have been down because the water was never warm/hot.

Loved the views and the grounds. Elevators were an issue early in the week.

The dryer is so loud. The private beach doesn’t open till 9. We tried to do an early morning walk and the gate was padlocked.
