everyone had bed bugs which was bad and one day there was no hot water or Wi-Fi

Location far from the center and isolated! if you arrive at night like me, you will struggle to collect the keys, because there is no one at the reception. when I arrived in the suite the cleaning was not done, messy bed, an empty beer bottle next to the bed and the toilets used with toilet paper in the trash, I contacted the manager and I I sent him pictures of the unmade bed and the rest, I didn't get an answer right away, I still had to spend the night there, no choice, luckily I had clean sheets with me . The next day he answers me telling me that he was going to reimburse me that night, and it's been going on for months now and I still haven't received anything even though he confirmed to me several times by message that he was going do it. I'm still waiting for the refund!

The bedroom is spacious and very beautiful, well equipped and the hotel in itself is very beautiful.

There is construction work EVERYWHERE in the hotel and the surroundings. All you can hear is very annoying noise everyday from 8am to 7pm. We expected an hotel in the middle of the jungle with birds singing but reality is far different from that. Noise waked us up every morning and impossible to relax by the pool during the day, even with earphones on. Everything in the hotel looks like it’s not finished, and furnished at the barre minimum, still under construction and it should not be open and receiving guests yet. Our first room did not have running water, so we changed room, on the second one the door was not locking so we changed again and the third one had a wifi problem… Exhausting. During our stay we only saw one other couple so the hotel is empty and looks like a ghost hotel. Located very far away from everything, center, shops, beach (all 30/40 min walk minimum) Even if the hotel in itself is very beautiful and the rooms are stunning, I would definitely not recommend.

dangerous pool steps. jackhammers. noise all day. host entering room uninvited. location. cant walk to anything. pushy for muck restaurant.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The personal is friendly and welcoming. We had a room with a private pool, which I highly recommend. We also really enjoyed the whirlpools on the rooftop. Overall you have your privacy and no one bothers you. During our stay, we met Tony, who is a very friendly and dedicated manager. He gave us numerous local recommendations and guided us through our stay. He truely is the man for everything!

The location, as well as the streets are not ideal. There are construction sites right next to the studios (same as everywhere in Tulum) but they did not bother us much.

The room was pretty nice, the shower was broken though. Everything is neat and looks new.

Since it is a condo type, it is like the wild wild west over there. No rules, no receptionist, no security. If you are there to party and dont want to be call out for noise, want to argue on the hallway, enter the pool at wherever our you please, play music out loud thourghout the night, knock on other doors beacuse you are so drunk you no longer know were your room is, break glasess and leave a mess this is the place you need to have. The above mentioned happened though our stay so it seems the type of clientele the place attracts.

Depending Tulum overall, this place was in quite good nabourhood. With scooters easy to reach everywhere. Good and friendly guys in reception. Cozy rooftop.

Rooms were little dirty and also different rooms had different kitchen devices in the room. Also no ventilation.

Great hospitality by Tony & Jorge ! Very nice and aesthetic place, good located and easy accessible.
