Skegness Caravans

The staff at the booking agency were super helpful, i called after i paid for the booking. I did get skepticle with the odd bad review on this website so i called them to which the lady answered all my questions without an issue... me my wife and 2 kids were really pleased with the 8 berth caravan provided it was the same as my mother in law has at tattershall lakes, which is quite modern. It was clean to a decent standard (a lot better than i expected after reading the bad reviews) We booked very last minute, which was around 5:30pm, i called the phone number provided, the lady on the other end answered all my questions and text me what i had to do next to pay the damage deposit, once paid we got all the info via the email i provided with the key code for the key safe... was a smooth process and will be using these guys again! A big shout out to the woman on the phone (forgot her name i apologise) she had a ton of patience to which she bared with me answering everything, super helpful. thanks again!

Our Caravan was disgusting.

Loved the caravan and the facilities the mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable but that is the only gripe

Everything was really good , communication was excellent, our van was near the entertainment, and key collection was easy and clear , my damage deposit was sent back to my bank the next day , would recommend
