Alex and Tyson were beyond accommodating and customer service driven. They made our stay enjoyable. Location is perfect, beach front and cool surf, casual vibe. Definitely will return!

We booked at Seven4One but they bumped us to their sister property Laguna Surf Lodge, so this is a review of that property. Great location. Right on the beach. About a 10 min walk to center of Laguna Beach. Room view was amazing. Heat was good and super quiet. Bed was good. Staff was mostly very friendly. Very close to The Taco Stand (casual Mexican restaurant) which was amazing. Nice hot tub.

There was a slight musty smell in the room. There is a sign near the front office that says “restroom” with an arrow pointing to the right. The restroom is actually to the left. The staff poked slight fun at us for having difficulty finding the restroom, despite this inaccurate signage. Fireplace in room was out of order. Furniture in the room was slightly awkwardly placed. Nice pool but not heated so unusable in January.

The staff is kind and helpful. The location is great. The shower is great The shared space atmosphere is welcoming and homey

The air conditioner in the room, didn't work. The rooms are not big.

Only negative is you can hear noises from the floor above you.
