Le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont très propres, avec une décoration de très bon goût. Le petit déjeuner excellent et j’ai oublié le sauna dans la chambre le must !

nice renovation of older building, kind staff, parking lot, 15 minute walk from Ortigia

We stayed at Byssus Suites for 3 nights as part of a 26 day trip around Italy & Sicily. Our stay was exceptional. Our room was lovely—spacious, clean, well equipped & tended well by staff. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of quality local products to select & made to order omelets & other offerings. The best part of our stay in Siracusa was the staff at the Byssus. They were outstanding, especially Valentina! They were caring, professional, personable & very knowledgeable about Siracusa, from its unique history to current restaurants to satisfy a variety of tastes. In addition, they go above & beyond to make certain that guests have a good experience. During our stay, my husband developed a problem with a crown on a tooth & our home dentist suggested that he buy some tooth cement at a drugstore & try to affix the crown since we had another 2 weeks of travel until returning home. My husband consulted Valentina about where to purchase the special tooth cement & she arranged for him to go to her dentist, who fixed the tooth without a problem! Valentina’s action & that of her dentist prevented lots of anxiety & helped make the rest of our trip enjoyable. Thank you Valentina & Byssus!

Tout est parfait ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Un parking privé, les chambres sont très propres avec un ameublement de goût, et le personnel est au petit soins. Le petit déjeuner excellent 👌

Moderne und große Zimmer. Sehr sauber und ein gutes Bett. Zum Hotel gehört ein Fischrestaurant und eine eigene Muschelzucht. Das Restaurant wird von einheimischen gerne besucht. Das spricht wohl für sich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut.

Beim Frühstücken liegt ein leichter Fischgeruch im Raum. Das stört aber nur sehr empfindliche Nasen ein wenig.

Environment of the hotel is not very nice

Mooie kamer, ruim ingedeeld en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima ontbijt. En het lag op loopafstand van het centrum.

Het water was niet echt heet. Prima om onder te staan maar je kon niet zelf bepalen hoe heet je de kraan wilde zetten.
