There is nothing that is mentioned in the amenities been provided by room, there is no terrace the building is flat, on request they don’t provide iron board and iron facility, they pressure to take gala dinner on 31st Dec although there is no terms and condition agreement for that and then they don’t even provide any invoice of gala dinner payment.

I did not like behaviour of staff, service , they act like a hooligan with customer and say we will give booking only if gala dinner is taken which is as per them mandatory even though there is confirmed booking through booking .com . The hotel is below average by charging extravagant claiming false services .

Worst Management

Noone talks - properly - different people at reception talks differently and creat confusion. I had stayed for 2 nights and stay was not good at all. Breakfast and dinner - waste of money

There was nothing to like about this property. Pictures and descriptions are fake. Rooms were smelly, bedsheets, towels etc were so dirty.

Staff at Reception was very Rude , we have to wait to get our room for 2 hrs after we reach at hotel on check in date on 23rd December. They even charge well in advance 100% . And charges for drinking water . No hot water supply . Very lousy food . Bell boy was not available. We have troubled and harrasment too much . We even intend to do police complaint

No hot water, just luke warm water. Staff did not do anything to fix it. Poor cleaniness. Did not provide expected room to accomodate three. The accomodation was to include a living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bedroom with shower, a min bar.. None of it existed. They charged addition Rs1000 to provide a better room, which still was a not a suite. A TOTAL RIPOFF. The front desk was rude and did not respond to requests. Dirty bathroom, broken fixtures, dirty linens...

Dirty bath, toilet, Paper napkins were offered instead of Toilet tissues. SO SAD. Dirty linens, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Deception. Similar property next door for half the money.

Room Size

This property is very far and do not have any agreement of vehicle for transferring guest to temple. Food is not good
