The apartment was exceptional and fully equipped

EN GENERAL ES UN BUEN LUGAR LA SEGURIDAD BASTANTE BIEN SOLO QUE EL GPS DA LA UBICACION EQUIVOCADA Y NO HAY UN SEÑALAMIENTO EN LA ENTRADA DE LA ZONA HABITACIONAL QUE INDIQUE QUE EL HOTEL ESTA DENTRO, LA ATENCION MUY BUENA.

No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system

It is a really nice apartment inside of a gated community with 24 hour security at street entrance. The location was convenient to both Puebla and Cholula. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was stocked. There is a nice roof top terrace and fitness center and secured parking garage.

Beds were comfortable but too small. There wasn't much of a view (our bedroom looked out on a parking garage and our living room looked out on a yard where equipment was being stored) because we were on the 2nd floor. From the photos in their ad, we were expecting a nicer view.

The apartment is brand new, nicely decorated and good equipped. It is in a safe and quiet private area.

During winter times it was very cold as the apartment has no heating.
