Colmena Hotel CDMX Tonala

These suites provided everything for staying long term such as kitchen, washer and dryer, tv lounge, coffee, fridge. Unfortunately, the families staying there took pver the place as if it were their own house. Sprawling over the couches, tv on all day and evening, kitchen utensils piled high or the dishwasher full all the time. So clearly not a place for individuals, but great for families who want to make noise, cook for ten people and stay home all day. Otherwise, clean and efficient, helpful staff. Bedding only changed every 3 days. They say don't put the tag on the door if you want bedding changed, but then they don't do it anyway for three days, so pointless.

I Totally loved the place ! Very comfortable and you feel like home. Staff very friendly. The area is very safe to walk around and eat of shop. I’ll be back soon. Thank you for everything.

Me gusto mucho, rente la habitación para 1 persona, y la cama estaba muy cómoda, a pesar de que no cuenta con a/c no fue necesario, todo muy limpio; además puedes tomar te y café de cortesía y cocinarte o calentar tus alimentos.

The hotel was very comfortable. The services were definitely great. The personal who work in is friendly, respectful and caring. I liked that I feel safe during my staying.

Es como una casa de huespedes, centrico, bastante accesible. Solo hubo 2 cosas es muy ruidoso se escucha ruido hasta muy tarde lo bueno que yo duermo como roca por las noches y tambien estaba demasiado sofocado ya que hacia demasiado calor y solo tenia abanico pero aun asi me volveria a quedar la pase bien, el personal amable y literal es para que lo que PARA DORMIR Y BAÑARSE. Hay muchas opciones alrededor para comer o comprar comida y dentro del lugar hay cocina, microondas, refri, y hasta una sala para ver tele. Es comodo te sientes como en casa pase 3 dias trabajando con mi laptop y estuvo bien el internet fuerte nunca batalle de que se iba o asi. Me gusto!

Es un lugar muy trnquilo aunque se escuchan ruidos de repente, pero esta muy limpio y comodo.

The property is well located, lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Staff was nice, kitchen was good to cook your own meals al though a lot of times several other people will be cooking at the same time. Wifi was great for me to work from there. Not the best on the patio but in the rooms it was great. We got the room on the top floor so it was really quiet. Overall a good experience, much better than the other Colmena property I stayed at for a week (owned by the same management) but we checked out because it was right next to the highway. The cons: the bathroom sink was almost breaking, it could use a little reno. Its advertised as co-living space, lots of people working remotely. Make the business center less claustrophobic and more areas to log in... or at least have chairs inside the bedroom comfortable enough to sit for long periods of time. Mention the rules on the property, for example no access to the patio after 10 pm. Thats a little early to close it off especially for weekends. Providing, the patio was away from all other rooms so it would not disturb anyone. Not saying, one should be allowed to be loud and have music blasting in the middle of the night. but since the rooms dont have balconies, people staying long-term need an outdoor space to spend time.

Bonito lugar y cómodo. Solo que hace calor en la habitación, pero sí ayuda el ventilador que tienen. Hay disponibles los vasos en las áreas comunes, pero los tuve que volver a lavar porque estaban guardados sucios. Y las toallas como para secar, estaban igual de sucias. Pero de ahí en fuera, bonito lugar, cómodo, fácil acceso, buena zona.
