Maia Luxury Pool Villa

Absolutely beautiful villa, we couldn't have wished for a nicer place to spend our holiday. Every item that we needed was provided, and the washing machine came in handy throughout our stay.

Nothing, we had a perfect stay. Glad we had a hire car to explore the area as there is not a lot in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, the facilities such as the pool, kitchen appliances, air conditioning and outdoor shower are great and we got plenty of use out of them. The host is also lovely, we were met on arrival and shown around then have been able to contact them at a moments notice. The location was good, it's 15 minutes to a sandy beach where there are restaurants, bars and a small shop - to go anywhere other than here though, you will require a car. In general we would say that whilst it is a lovely villa and we have had a great time, it could benefit from upgrades to improve comfort and safety to make it feel like the luxury villa it is advertised as.

However, there are a few things that would have made our stay even better. We struggled to keep the inside areas as clean as we would have liked due to a lack of cleaning products and bin bags - we would have benefited from either a good selection of cleaning products or, a cleaner coming once or twice within the week. There were a few things we found that could have been safety issues such as loose plug sockets and hand railings. The fridge and freezer also did not get to a suitable temperature to keep food frozen/cool. As well as safety, some things felt a bit dated and again not as clean as we would have liked such as sofas in the living room and the sun loungers outside. We found a few things on arrival that were damaged such as chairs round the side of the villa. There is currently building work being completed next to the villa which begins quite early and carries on throughout the day which takes away from the relaxing outside area.

We like everything. It’s very calm location, all the necessary stuff is there, owners are very friendly and helpful!

The villa is even better than the pictures. It's quite, comfortable, well maintained and just perfect.

Excellent villa, a real home from home with everything you need. The pool was great for the kids and the owners were lovely and ready to answer and sort any issues you have straight away.

Loveliest hosts, very kind and reactive. Very large living room, nice swimming pool, very good A/C. Very peaceful house, we loved it. Excellent location between Rhodes and Lindos

The 2nd bathroom doesnt have a shower (just toilet and sink) but the owners said they will change this this winter so should be addressed.

Sofia met us at the villa even though our flight was delayed. We were shown around the villa and she explained everything to us. There were leaflets for food deliveries and the fridge was stocked with food.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
