Besonders gutes Ambiente zum entspannen

Missverständnis, bei der Verlängerung um eine weitere nach. Die 1. war problemlos, die Möglichkeit für eine 2. nicht ausreichend klar formuliert, aufgrund ich kurzfristig eine Nacht in ein anderes Hotel vor Ort buchen musste.

The staff (especially Eva and Robin) were extremely helpful, even before we physically arrived. They responded promptly to all my messages, organised beautiful room decorations for my daughter’s birthday, assisted with arranging an ATV ride. Upon check-in, we encountered a few issues with the room, but Eva kindly showed us alternative rooms to choose from, and everything was resolved within 30 minutes. The location is very calm and tranquil, with the resort surrounded by rice fields. To get to Ubud, you can either use the hotel shuttle or easily book a Grab bike. The spa is stunning, the massage was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the Stone Chamber this time.

There was just one thing: the bathroom floor was very slippery. Perhaps providing an extra floor towel or mat would help improve safety.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The massage was amazing. The private pool was great. Our villa was cleaned regularly and the shuttle into Ubud was handy. 😊 The location amongst the rice farms is unique and interesting. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A full length mirror in the bedrooms would be great. A shelf in the shower in the second bathroom would’ve been handy.

Schitterende locatie. Zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. Niets is te veel.

Ligt wat afgelegen. Je bent afhankelijk van taxi of scooter wat overigens zeer betaalbaar is.
