Sehr nettes Personal und immer freundlich. Super organisiert, wenn es um Ausflüge / Anwendungen etc. geht. Unser Villa für 6 war sehr schön inkl. tollem Pool

War etwas außerhalb vom Ubud aber durch den angebotene Shuttle - Service wurde dies kompensiert, ab und zu wurde beim Zimmerservice (Handtücher etc.) aber das wurde mit einer Nachfrage schnell geklärt. Es gab eigentlich nur positives

"Relaxing quiet stay, ideal for a getaway"

Quiet and secluded, our private villa’s pool was perfect. Surrounded by rice paddies, even some in the midst of the resort.

Because of its seclusion, a little hard to find. Not ideal for people with walking difficulties, natural stone paths are uneven and steps.

"Very relaxing stay."

The ambiance of the hotel was marvellous. Our separate bungalow was very comfortable. The large front verandah with a daybed was very relaxing. The pool and surrounding area were great.

The only issue was the difficulty of getting into and out of the pool. Steps or a ladder would help.

La atención del personal fue muy buena, las instalaciones muy bonitas y el paisaje acompaña la experiencia. Tenían nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Y un carrito tipo Golf para acercar a los clientes al hotel.

"Niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen"

Kamers die wij hadden geboekt met 2 kleine kinderen waren niet beschikbaar, kregen een “upgrade” naar een villa met zwembad…….. met 2 kleine kinderen is dit gevaarlijk. Gezien het feit dat de tuin grotendeels zwembad is.. een val van de trap beland in het zwembad.. Wij wilde de booking annuleren, dit werd niet geaccepteerd zonder volledige betaling….. zij zijn in gebreken gebleven en wij hebben 350 euro weggegooid.. erg teleurstellend voor een hotel met een 9,3.

"Oasi di pace tra le risaie"

Location stupenda in mezzo alle risaie, posizione molto tranquilla. La spa propone diversi trattamenti abbinati anche alla stone chamber... un'esperienza che mi è piaciuta molto.

gli spazi esterni nella struttura comprendono delle aiuole adibite presumibilmente alla coltivazione del riso che nei giorni in cui ho soggiornato io erano praticamente vasche di fanghiglia. Attenzione che l'accesso alla struttura è solamente a piedi o in scooter. Fanno comune servizio navetta costantemente con una golf car.
