Cosy 4Bedroom House Near City Centre By Homebird Property Management Short Lets & Serviced Accommodation Leeds With Private Parking & Garden

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend in Leeds. There were 12 of us and the house had plenty of room - we felt that it looked even better in real life than in photos. The area is quiet, but only 10-15 mins to the city centre/ station. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and a bathroom on every floor, which was very handy for some many people. Mike was a fantastic host, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely return!

The house was warm and cosy, really nicely decorated, comfy beds, and good water pressure in the showers. It was a short bus or taxi ride to Leeds City centre, but in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and Mike couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place.

Maybe needed one more bathroom

the bbq grill is dirty and not working (no gas) ended up ruining our trip. We have brought a huge amount of food that was meant to be cooked on the grill. the oven is so dirty. ended up thrown food in the trash and all of our money wasted.

The location was not far from the town centre, just a £2 bus ride away. Each room was decently sized, although there were a lot of beds in each room it was big enough to fit. The bed I stayed in was super comfy (double bed). Each room had a TV in with Netflix and such like apps. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The lounge had multiple lights, which was handy as I hate big lights. Additionally, the garden was lovely. The best thing about the house, was the 3 bathrooms which was a life saver and the middle shower was an absolute dream. I also wish I had a chance to use the bath which looked amazing.
