Located in the best area of town, the hotel is architecturally modern, warm, and has an understated glamour that you can feel from the second you walk through the doors. The staff is wonderful; from the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The rooftop restaurant is a gorgeous spot from which to enjoy the sun set over beautiful San Miguel de Allende.

Great location. Relatively small, boutique property but it was beautiful. The service was beyond compare & every single person at the Numu was so friendly & helpful. They even have a dog that stays at the property named Pancho & he was delightful. The breakfast was amazing and this was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. The room was nice size, and the bed was very comfortable. Huge shower with plenty of hot water. Numu is a 10+.

Numu is a bit pricey but overall, I didn't mind paying the price given the quality of the property and the level of service provided.

I wish I could rate the staff higher than ‘excellent”, from the concierge staff to the housekeepers to the porters, all fantastic. A special shout out to ‘Pancho’ , the resident mascot dog (Bernese Mountain Dog). Breakfast is wonderful and the rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. The rooms are a little small but they have all the necessities and great showers. IMO it is in the nicest part of town, just the right amount of quiet yet convenient to everything you would want to see. Oh yes, they have their own parking garage if you choose to rent a car.
