We loved the hotel itself, the rooms, the shower and little balcony. As well as everyone’s charisma and attention, including Pancho.

We have nothing to complain about, they even gave us water on our way out “for the road”. <3

Overall a really nice boutique hotel In SMA- rooms and beds were very comfortable and nice. like access to filtered water throughout the property. Very limited dining - mainly breakfast and coffee was weak! Lots of places to get better nearby so not a problem. My friend liked the gym. Staff is just delightful and happy to help with anything. Unfortunately for us, our several days in SmA were cloudy, overcast and cold and the only common area at the hotel is in entry/lobby. Had to be all bundled up to get coffee or breakfast. Generally no space outside of your room to chill and relax at the hotel. Having said all of that, like modern clean aesthetic of the hotel and would consider for another trip to SmA
