Abuzz Oxfordcaps Shimla - Hostel

Although it is located at the top of a hill (which was hard work) it is only 1km from the new ISBT bus station. So if you have only a back pack, its good to walk. If you have multiple luggage, heavy luggage or a wheeler bag, I would not recommend walking there.

Property was a little obscure to find. Bed Sheets had many stains on, other people's hair (where they changed, who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️) The water systems has a really bad airlock, so not only did i have to wait for the water to heat up, but when it was heated it took ages for it to come through. Bathing / cleaning is via a bucket which may not be favoured by all (not an issue for me) The kitchen is exceptionally limited with cooking pots etc. There is a washing machine but no undergarments are allowed due to cleanliness reason, however see my comment on the bed sheets.

The receptionist was so kind. We extended only for her. Thank you Aunty Ji for taking good care of us.
