Location was decent if you want things to do outside the city. If you want to be close to downtown, this is not the place to stay. Average 50-65 minute drive. Longer for the train/buses.

Long drive to city. Room was not very clean. Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. Front desk was very inattentive to request and almost impossible to get a hold of. The free “breakfast” was awful!

I love the young man at the front desk that went above and beyond our expectations. Our first room assigned had a bad order and he brought us new keys to a new room and moved our luggage. He also made sure we got our Hilton Honors water and made sure we got in on breakfast. I wish i remembered his name, but I think it was JOSHUA Thanks for the experience because we were there for a funeral of a very close family member,

My room first assigned had a very bad odor, Also breakfast should end a little later, and especially on the weekends.

Good breakfast with good serving time range

The room was very comfortable, clean and the staff Were very friendly and efficient. I asked for extra pillows and I’m not kidding, I received them in less than 5 minutes. Very quick service. I loved everything about the staff.

I love having Coffee first thing in the morning without having to get fully dressed. A coffee pot would make it more comfortable, enjoyable and convenient . Would have enjoyed my food more if it was warmed up so it would have been nice to have a microwave and larger fridge to store expensive leftovers. A closet to store clothing so we didn’t have to look at them hanging there looking like a yard sale.
